Interesting, insightful, he spoke on the Power of Truth and the Truth of Power.
I just read this post Friday, went Friday night to the conference and there he was.
What's the chances:)Alyce Leehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12868260657519392713noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22575956.post-1160232587462067282006-10-07T09:49:00.000-05:002006-10-07T09:49:00.000-05:00Brother David,I can relate to Storms' view. While I am closely associated with one that believes in the continualist position (my sister) I have had to really examine and re-examine my conviction on the issue. Until about 4 years ago, I was continualist in my understanding. I became a cessasionist out of a desire to verify the validity of Scripture. A couple of months back I became one of those continualist that Bart Barber described and I cannot pronounce words of.:>)

Having said that, I too believe that this fear that motivates the views do cut both ways.

Great words of wisdom. Keeps me diggin!

Blessings,
TimTim Rogershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02909751217844312917noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22575956.post-1160228240188589462006-10-07T08:37:00.000-05:002006-10-07T08:37:00.000-05:00Bart,Fair enough. Remember, with some of us it is not so much the possibility of their continuation today at which we disagree as it is the actuality of whether they continue today.

In Christ,
BartAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
